Hi Teru, How are you? I just wanted to send a follow up email to you :) We got back from Japan on Thursday morning and had such a wonderful time! Im already thinking about when I can go back! Haha. The tour was fantastic and Maya was an amazing tour guide! The only downer was that there was no one Chris and my age to interact with but in the end it doesn’t really matter. Aside from that, we would go again and again! I would recommend this to anyone! Finally I wanted to say a big thank you to yourself for being an awesome travel agent! We had everything organised so well which made everything even easier while we were away! You are so very helpful and we appreciate everything you did to help us :D I hope to speak with you again someday. I’m now very keen to learn the Japanese language as well! Hi Kathy, Sadly I am sending this email from work as the holiday is over but Paul and I just wanted to thank you and the your team for a fantastic trip. The accommodation was outstanding and the food was great, I would particularly like to thank you for organizing the gluten free food options for me, it is not too often that I get so many choices when it comes to food! The rickshaw (?) ride on the first night definitely set the scene for a fun few days. A highlight for us was Mr Thao the tour guide, he is a real gem and I can safely say that all of the group I spoke to thought he was wonderful, I am sure that George is going to secretly fund Mr Thao’s Jeep tours once he has finished restoring them….lol Fingers crossed we are able to attend next years trip, wherever that may be, we look forward to seeing everyone again next year. kind regards Megan

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I recently had the pleasure of participating in your “Discover Japan 13 days – fully escorted tour) departing 5 April to 18 April, 2015.

Firstly I must commend the organisation of the whole tour by JTB. The hotels where well positioned and comfortable and I was very happy with the tourist sites we were taken to and the transportation provided to get us to those sites first class. All our coach drives were polite and good drivers.

I must especially thank our Japanese guide, Junco Ito, who was so knowledgeable, well organised, considerate and of course a pleasure to be with and there was never a question we asked of her that she could not give us an answer to.

Our JTB representative from your Melbourne office, Beth Clarke, fulfilled her duties very efficiently and nothing was ever any trouble for her and she too was very likeable and easy to get along with.
I feel very happy to recommend JTB tours to any of my friends and family and should you have a staff member award, Beth Clarke certainly deserves one. Another recommendation I would have would be to have Junco Ito awarded with top tourist guide if there is such an award. Both ladies deserve my praise and thanks for making my first trip to Japan a happy and memorable one.

Hi Mika,

I wanted to let you know all the bookings you made have worked out well, so thank you again for the service you provided. The New Miyako Hotel in Kyoto was fabulous and very easy to find from the station. Today we travelled on the Shinkansen train to Tokyo and that was a great experience
– we even navigated the transfer to reach our hotel in Shinjuku.

We loved Kyoto and are about to start exploring Tokyo, and I’m sure we’ll return to Japan another time to see more of this fascinating country.

I am writing to praise Hiromi! I think our suppliers are always left out with good feedback so I am writing to you to let you know just how amazing Hiromi is!! I only started with the current agency under 2 years ago when I was a novice I found Hiromi and asked any time I needed help could I email her. Since then we have emailed and done some amazing bookings together. And any booking she prepares for me goes off without a hitch.

Our latest one together was for Elaine and they returned and said they had the best time. I was nervous as they were a elderly couple going around Japan by themselves. Everything went off perfectly. This is the best feeling ever. And they are heading back in October and guess who I will be contacting :)

She is an asset to your team and I frequently pass on her email to co workers and they too are impressed.

Yes, if I go again I will definitely go in autumn as I would love to see the coloured leaves and I also understand I would have a better chance of seeing Mount Fuji! I could have spent another week in Kyoto, I loved it there, and I also liked Kanazawa and we were only there the one night so that is another place I would go back to one day. Here I am with some cherry blossom near Tomomi’s house in Kanamachi!

I had originally dealt with Tai in reservations who I know is no longer there, I emailed Clem and he has been extremely helpful.

He is extremely efficient and knowledgeable on almost all products, and he handles all of my requests with a great deal of friendliness (even when some of them may be excruciating for him to deal with!) His recommendations have been nothing but stellar.

He really deserves his role as the manager, and he needs to be commended on his work.

As I said, I don’t know who you will pass this info on to, but I have just been blown away by the quality of his service and I thought someone ought to praise him for it :)

DISCOVER JAPAN 13 DAYS……APRIL 5TH WITH BETHANY CLARKE AND Ms JUNKO ITO.

We are writing to tell you how much we enjoyed our Japan Holiday with your company. The itinerary was well planned and organised and all the places we visited were very interesting. The hotels were comfortable and of a very good standard. The welcome and farewell dinners were very enjoyable and most generous. Special mention has to be made of Bethany who looked after us well and made sure everything went smoothly. Also, Ms Junko Ito was EXCELLENT in every respect. She was very informative, knowledgeable and answered all our questions honestly (especially when it came to WW2) and nothing was a problem. Please pass on our compliments to her.

Japan is a wonderful place to visit. Not only is it beautiful, it’s safe, has clean toilets and the food (Japanese) is cheap and delicious. There’s no tipping, and it’s so organised and everything runs well. For these reasons it is great for tourists. We had the BEST time, so thank you JTB and we would have no hesitation in recommending your company.
