Dear Koyomi Just to let you know that my wife and I had a lovely trip to Japan last month! Thank you for your organisation! The accommodation in Shinjuku was central to everything and access to many restaurants was appreciated! We found JTB in the Ginza and organised a day trip to Fuji. The accommodation on our second trip back to Kyoto was a bit tired but staff were very helpful! We loved Naoshima and would love to travel to some of the other local islands! Thank you again! Hello Mika, Helena and I would like to thank you for all of the wonderful arrangements you made for our holiday in Japan. All of the bookings were without issue which meant that we could just enjoy the experience. In regards to the accommodation, the Gracery Shinjuku was very comfortable and the area directly around the hotel provided endless options for food. The easy access to Shinjuku station also made it easy to get around. Hakone No Mori Okada was a great experience and although the room was a little dated the service and the food was exceptional. The Monterey in Yokohama was excellent with a large room and a view directly out over the harbor. We also appreciated the various extras like the Hakone free pass, suica card, and airport limousine. The seat allocation on the flights was great and made the journey very comfortable. The jetstar star class was a good way to travel. Thanks again! Leon and Helena

Hello Aye Hope you have been well…… I want to pass on some excellent feedback from my clients, Mr and Mrs Ross Potter, who have just returned from the tour and stopover booked through you. I appreciate your efforts, and will continue to support JTB wherever possible. Here it is: Hotel accommodation in Seoul was very good and we liked the location. The days tours were very good, all on time to pick us up at the hotel etc. Transfers to and from airport went well too. Just an amazing place to visit. The JTB tour of Japan was excellent. The tour escort Maya Mizuno was very good. She went out of her way to make sure we got the most out of Japan. There were 21 on the tour and we all got on well. The tour information had said there was a lot of walking (plus climbing) and they were right. Everyone of us kept up the pace which was good! (the tour escorts can certainly walk fast) Denise if you didn’t do a lot of walking, I think you would struggle with this tour. The hotel accommodation and all meals were very good. No problem with transfer in Tokyo and also from Kyoto to Osaka (Kansai Airport). The Ryokan we stayed in Kyoto after the tour was perfect. We just got a taxi from the Hotel to the Ryokan. The only thing that we didn’t have was the breakfast as we got picked up for the airport at 6.35am and breakfast was from 7am (served in your room) The whole experience was just great, with the tea at 4pm and then dinner served at 7pm and then the furton beds out. Staff in traditional clothes, the slippers for indoor and outdoor, slippers in the toilet, the wooden bath/shower was the only western thing. End Personally Yours Denise

My friend and I have come back from our trip to Japan and it was absolutely amazing. We had such a great time with so many memories we won’t ever forget. I bought so much stuff that after I filled my luggage I had to buy two boxes which I filled up and sent to Australia (they have arrived safe). I did (eventually) get to hand my letter in to Square Enix reception and while I have no proof, from what the lady said I believe the letter will be read by Mr Nomura. Unfortunately I did not meet him but maybe next time I will send another letter and who knows maybe he’ll remember the first letter and I’ll get another chance.

We had no problems with the trains or getting around, it was really easy as you said. The only hiccup was the first day (as you may remember with the rush to universal studios). Believe it or not the plane arrived an hour early but as we got to the terminal we found out that the office that exchanges the JR pass was closed till 7.30. In the end we just paid the extra money to catch a Nozomi and we ended up going to the hotel to drop off our luggage and then to Universal Studios. We did make it to the Harry Potter event and got to do everything we wanted so in the end it was ok. I’ll definitely admit though that first day was very exhausting and I would plan that better next time however I have no regrets as that One Piece show that you helped us get into to was absolutely spectacular. Believe it or not out of all the truly amazing things we saw, for me personally, that One Piece show was my favourite thing of the whole trip (I even teared up at the end) and I will never forget it as long as I live.

I’m sure you get a lot of people saying this but seeing all the anime, manga and games and also how polite and friendly everyone is over there I am inspired to try and learn the language. I did pick up on quite a few phrases and terms over there (which I was happy with) but I want to learn as much as I can. Anyways I just wanted to say a big thank you for helping us make the trip so amazing and all your advice. Again I can’t thank you enough for helping us get into the One Piece live show and even as far as the reception of Square Enix (which in itself is incredible). I really, really, really appreciate all your help and I want to return to Japan within the next 1-2 years and I will definitely seek you out if you are still in the business.
