Recent news reports suggest that JR Passes in their current form are expected to be discontinued from the end of September. Further information on the format of the new rail passes has not yet been made available. As a result of this, we are currently only accepting orders for departures until the end of September.
New information will become available from JR in July and we expect to resume sales for use beyond 01 October, at this time.

  JR Pass exchange orders may take up to 5 working days to be delivered. Postage fee is FREE. Please note Express Post Mail cannot be delivered to a PO box, PARCEL COLLECT/ PARCEL LOCKER address or overseas. Once sent to the given delivery address, JTB Australia does not take any responsibility in the occasion of any lost or stolen documents.

• TNT FedEx Express Australia Pty Limited 

  JR Pass exchange order may take up to 5 working days to be delivered. There is a postage fee of $21.
